Hicon is a private company based in Ho Chi Minh city, specializing in steel manufacturing products. 

Hicon was licensed in December 2005 to develop a steel pipes and cold rolling steel plant in DVIZ. This project was funded by its mother company Vinda Steel with the investment capital of US$ 11 million. The factory is of 60,000 MT/year capacity. Hicon, along with 2 other factories in Ho Chi Minh city, and the one in Hung Yen province, is the fourth of Vinda group to be located in Vietnam.
