Dinh Vu Industrial Zone

On 10 May 2007, the Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Co has started construction on a project to build a distribution centre for liquid petroleum gas (LPG) in the Dinh Vu industrial zone in Hai Phong city. This depot, an investment of US$ 7 million, will be able to house 6,000 tonnes, making it the largest in the north of the country. During the first phase of the project, the company will build two LPG storage tanks and introduce modern health and safety procedures up to international standards. The construction will finish in 17 months.
