On 11 July 2007, representatives of the Essar Group visited DVIZ for investigation of a suitable location for a LAB Plant.
The Essar group is one of India’s largest corporate houses leading in the fields of Steel, Energy, Power, Communications, Shipping & Logistics and Construstion. It employs 20,000 people in 50 locations worldwide.
The Essar Group should interested in DVIZ as its strong advantage of port accessibility to facilitate its import & export. The mill is expected to start construction as soon as the LAB Feasibility Study is approved by BOM.
